equipment at the job site.

software company in the midst of significant expansion.
We have an immediate opening for a Technical Services
Specialist. We are
accepting applications for both employee and contract positions.
Preferred Skills and Experience:

One+ years software implementation experience

Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

Excellent teaching skills

Strong analytical skills

Strong technical knowledge of Windows servers and IP Networking

Strong TCP/IP knowledge and familiarity with routing protocols

Strong knowledge of SQL
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel,
Outlook)

Ability to troubleshoot client IP connectivity issues
-
Strong knowledge of Palm and Pocket PC handheld devices
-
Familiarity with Accounting/Payroll software
Specific Responsibilities Include:
-
Perform on-site installations and training for new mJobTime
customers
-
Perform help desk services for mJobTime users which will
include assistance by phone, email, or via the Web.

Analyze and resolve technical issues related to the
mJobTime system.

Work closely with our software development team to
resolve application issues and identify potential new program
features.

in Computer Science, related technical degree or equivalent

This is an exciting position with excellent room for
growth. The salary will be commensurate
with experience. Travel
requirements will be 50–70%.
