mJobTime announces new Voice Notes add-on to it's industry leading software

BEAUMONT, Texas, September 6, 2009 – mJobTime Corporation, developer of mJobTime™, one of the construction industry’s leading wireless software solutions for tracking labor time, equipment time and daily logs, has announced the release of Voice Notes. The first-of-its-kind tool uses audio recordings to capture important job site information from users in the field.

Voice Notes, which will be marketed as an add-on product to mJobTime™, will enable field users to record audio clips, and attach them to labor time cards, equipment time cards, and daily log events.

“Our customers have told us that entering notes on time cards and daily logs is time-consuming while working in the field,” said Mike Soniat, director of technical services. “Voice Notes provides a convenient and easy-to-use solution that enables mJobTime users in the field to focus on their real work – construction.”

Once a voice note has been recorded and attached to a time card or daily log event, the notes can be synchronized to the office where they become part of the permanent time card record. The voice notes can be re-played as needed.
