industry across North America. Our flagship product, mJobTime, delivers a
substantial savings of time and money to contractors of all sizes by significantly
improving and streamlining control over labor and equipment at the job site.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, but growing software company poised
for significant expansion. We have an immediate opening in the Beaumont,
TX headquarters for a Technical Support Specialist.
Preferred Skills:

Good communication and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Windows operating systems administration

Experience with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge of SQL

Ability to troubleshoot client IP connectivity issues

Familiarity with Palm and Pocket PC handheld devices
Specific
Responsibilities Include:
-
Perform help desk services for mJobTime users which will include assistance by phone,
email, or via the Web.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related
to the mJobTime system.
- Work closely with our software development team
to resolve application issues and identify potential new program features.

Perform on-site installations and training for new mJobTime customers
