Implementing mJobTime

mJobTime - fast, secure wireless time tracking software

Since the inception of mJobTime, we have always provided our customers with a personalized implementation program we call FastStart.  FastStart was designed to take much of the start-up burden off your busy staff, to help you thoroughly understand your mJobTime software, and to ensure a quick and smooth transition from purchase to implementation.  FastStart includes pre-installation consulting as well as travel to your site by one of our highly trained and experienced Technical Services Specialist for 2 days of on-site installation, implementation, and training.  However, these are particularly hard times for the construction industry, and for that reason, we have added a new option called Assisted Start for those customers who are willing to take a much more active role in upgrading their time and attendance system. The details for each program are detailed below:

RemoteStart:

  1. Customer receives a mJobTime installation cd with an accounting software specific template with pre-mapped accounting system tables and fields to mJobTime tables and fields,
  2. Customer receives up to 8 hours of scheduled support from our Technical Services department for implementation and remote training,
  3. Additional support is provided through our mJobTime On-line Help site,
  4. Price is included in the cost of the software


FastStart:

    1. A mJobTime Implementation Specialist will work with the customer to schedule the FastStart installation,
    2. Customer receives a Pre-Installation Checklist to facilitate a trouble-free implementation,
    3. Customer receives an Installation/Implementation/Training Outline to prepare for the implementation,
    4. The Implementation Specialist will travel to the customer's site for 2 days:
